Annual holiday use

A week to return to.
Every year.

Timeshare gives you annual use rights at a resort, with the exact unit, dates and flexibility set out in your agreement.

What it means

Planned use.
Professional upkeep.

You secure the right to use resort accommodation for an allocated period each year rather than purchasing an entire holiday home.

The agreement may identify a specific week and unit, or provide a flexible booking window. The resort remains professionally managed, and annual levies contribute to the upkeep, shared facilities and operation of the resort.

Three week categories

Know when your week works.

01

Off-Peak Week

Travel outside the resort’s designated Peak periods, often suited to clients with a more flexible calendar.

02

Peak Week

Selected high-demand periods such as popular school-holiday, festive or seasonal dates. Resort calendars and availability apply.

03

Flexi Week

Request eligible dates within a defined calendar or season. Booking rules, lead times and inventory determine what can be confirmed.

Annualresort levies

Shared responsibility

The resort is cared for between every visit.

Professional management looks after the resort, accommodation and shared facilities. Owners contribute through annual levies, which can change as operating and maintenance needs change.

Ask for the current levy, when it is due, what it covers, the history of increases and whether any additional charges can apply.

Beyond your home resort

Bank it. Exchange it.
Share it—when allowed.

Some ownerships may qualify for additional ways to use a week you cannot take at the usual time.

Depending on the exact agreement and programme, you may be able to bank a week for later, gift it to someone, offer it for rental, or exchange it through MB Exchange or RCI. Eligibility, membership status, trading value, deadlines, fees and live availability all affect what is possible.

No exchange destination or rental outcome is guaranteed. Get the current process and charges in writing before relying on an option.

01

Check eligibility

Confirm that your resort, week and membership qualify for the programme you want to use.

02

Meet the deadline

Banking or exchange requests may have notice periods and deposit rules.

03

Compare the trade

Season, unit, destination demand and available inventory can shape the exchange offered.

04

Confirm the cost

Membership, exchange, booking, guest, rental or cancellation fees may apply.
